Gerber Collision & Glass in the United States is seeking a General Manager to lead the collision center, delivering an exceptional customer experience while managing daily operations in line with policies. You will coach the team, maintain KPIs and insurance metrics, and drive high standards of professionalism across all customer interactions.

The role requires proven leadership in a collision repair environment, with emphasis on budget stewardship, performance reviews, safety, and staff

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day store operations and ensure WOW standards.
• Manage annual and monthly operating budgets for the collision center.
• Forecast, target and track sales, profit and expenses.
• Conduct formal annual and informal monthly performance reviews.
• Handle accounts payable/receivable for the center and maintain records.
• Ensure cleanliness, safety, and proper maintenance of shop equipment.
• Provide staff training and enforce safety guidelines.
• Open/close facility daily and coordinate daily production meetings.
