Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking a General Manager to lead the Collision Center’s day-to-day operations and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will drive performance, coach staff, and uphold safety and quality standards across all activities.

You will oversee budget planning, monitor insurance metrics, and coordinate teams to meet throughput and delivery dates, while representing the company’s WOW operating standard in all interactions.

• Coach and empower staff to achieve performance goals and KPI targets.
• Maintain highest standards of customer experience and safety.
• Develop and manage annual and monthly operating budgets.
• Forecast, track, and optimize labor and expense performance.
