Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a hands-on Global Workplace Lead to own workplace experience across all offices. You will manage the Workplace Experience team and shape day-to-day operations, programs, and environments that help each location thrive.

You will develop deep understanding of each office's needs, build relationships with local leads, and drive budget and vendor strategies while aligning with company priorities and brand.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in workplace, facilities, or office operations at a high-growth tech company.
• 2+ years of people management, including moves/openings.
• Experience overseeing workplace operations across multiple offices, ideally in more than one country.
• Strong taste and judgment for what looks and feels like the company.
• Hands-on approach with attention to detail.
• Ability to influence cross-functional partners and translate strategy into local execution.
• Thrive in a fast-paced workplace with rapidly changing priorities.
• Excited to be in an in-office role and travel to global offices.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of workplace services professionals.
• Own operational quality across every office by tracking service levels and space utilization.
• Stay ahead of business needs by monitoring local realities and company priorities.
• Build the global budget and vendor strategy for workplace experience.
• Guide workplace experience through major transitions, including openings and relocations.
• Shape how the company's brand and culture show up in physical spaces.
• Synthesize data, stakeholder input, and context into improvement recommendations.
