Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) is seeking a Global Client Experience Lead to implement CXE across AMER, EMEA, and APAC, reporting to the Global Account Director. The role drives governance, learning velocity, and standardized training while partnering with finance, vendors, and faculty to optimize client outcomes.

The position emphasizes collaboration across regions, governance, and continuous improvement, with up to 30% travel and a focus on delivering a best-in-class workplace experience at scale.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in hospitality, organizational development, or a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in workplace experience, learning & development, hospitality, or facilities management.
• Strong analytical and communication skills; ability to lead across a global, matrixed account.

Responsibilities

• Own CXE governance cadence and reporting across regions; escalate issues per protocol.
• Drive Learning Velocity, including leadership academy oversight and team huddles.
• Oversee Precision Training; ensure standardized onboarding across all job families and regions.
