Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Director of Workplace & Engagement to lead our Employee Experience function across ten global office locations. This senior role will shape the workplace strategy, oversee office services, events, and remote workforce engagement while partnering with Finance to manage budgets.

The role requires international experience, strong leadership, and a proven ability to drive inclusive employee experiences across varied geographies.

Responsibilities

• Set the strategic vision for and lead a team to create best-in-class workplace experiences for employees, candidates, and visitors across all 10 office locations globally
• Serve as the senior strategic partner to Finance and other stakeholders on office space strategy and management — balancing employee experience with global budgetary requirements
• Own the plan for determining when to pursue a leased office vs. flexible options (WeWork, Spaces, Regus) across the U.S. and abroad
• Drive the global employee experience calendar and company events strategy throughout the year, emphasizing inclusion and belonging across regions
• Own vendor selection strategy and guidelines, manage contracts, lead performance reviews, conduct RFPs, and monitor the team’s performance across all locations
• Oversee attendance and other workplace metrics globally to inform the business about trends and spending
• Own and execute on-target financial budgets across all sites; partner with Finance to track monthly and quarterly metrics at a global portfolio level
