Job summary

Western Digital seeks a dynamic Senior Director of Workplace Experience to lead global employee experience strategy across our workplace portfolio. You will own the employees’ journey map and execute programs that shape the daily environment where culture and space intersect, delivering exceptional amenity experiences.

You will collaborate with IT, HR, Events, Site Services, and more, guiding CBRE Workplace Experience teams and serving as a key HR leader within the organization.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in workplace/employee experience or hospitality.
• Proven experience building and scaling programs across sites/geographies.
• Strong communicator who can influence at all levels, especially C-Suite.
• Budget management across vendors and programs.
• Experience defining metrics and translating data into insights.
• Genuine passion for people, workplace, and creating memorable moments.

Responsibilities

• Bridge HR, IT, Facilities, Food Services, Events, and Communications into one experience.
• Translate vision into roadmaps, governance, and scalable programs.
• Lead journey mapping to connect space, services, culture, and programming.
• Present strategies, updates, and ROI metrics to senior leadership.
