Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 7+ years of relevant experience in ADP WFS or similar.
• WFS certification(s) required, preferably Timekeeping.
• Subject matter expert in Workforce Solution domain.
• Willingness to travel and hybrid work 3 days/week on site.

Responsibilities

• Deliver quality client service and work products on large-scale WFS projects.
• Lead teams and establish client relationships.
• Advise on WFS best practices and service delivery models.
• Identify improvement initiatives to enhance WFS quality and reduce risk.
• Support ADP WFS solution implementations and transformations.
