EY’s People Consulting team in the United States is seeking a Manager for HR Technology and Workforce Management (ADP WFS) to lead client engagements and deliver transformative solutions. You’ll oversee global WFS projects, advise on best practices, and help drive process improvements across multi-national deployments.

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 7+ years of relevant experience in ADP WFS projects.
• Experience with global/multi-national ADP WFS implementations.
• WFS certification, preferably Timekeeping.
• Willingness to travel and work in a hybrid environment (3 days/week on-site).

Responsabilidades

• Lead large-scale WFS projects, primarily ADP WFS.
• Deliver high-quality client service and solutions.
• Identify improvement opportunities to enhance WFS quality and controls.
• Support transitions during ADP WFS implementations.
• Develop proposals and present to clients.
