Job summary

EY in the United States is seeking a senior Workforce Solutions consultant to lead large-scale WFS projects, focusing on ADP WFS implementations. You will deliver client service, craft solutions, and manage multiple priorities across global teams.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree, at least 7 years of relevant experience, WFS certifications, and willingness to travel. You will work in a hybrid environment, with three days per week onsite.

Qualifications

• WFS certification(s) required.
• Experience with global/multinational ADP WFS implementations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver quality client service and work products for large‑scale WFS projects.
• Lead new teams and establish internal and client relationships.
• Advise on WFS best practices and service delivery models.
• Identify WFS improvement initiatives and efficiency opportunities to reduce risk.
• Support seamless transitions during ADP WFS implementations and transformations.
• Develop proposals and deliver presentations for business development.
