Job summary

Deckers Brands is seeking a Director, Global Wellbeing to provide strategic leadership for programs supporting employee wellbeing worldwide. You’ll lead a global team and partner with People & Experience, Finance, and business leaders to inform decisions and shape wellbeing across the organization.

You will design inclusive, sustainable wellbeing experiences aligned with local market practices and Deckers culture while driving long-term organizational performance and employee engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required; 10+ years HR or equivalent experience including 5+ years leading people or programs.
• Professional certification such as CEBS, SHRM-SCP, CCP preferred.
• Knowledge of global wellbeing principles, best practices, legislation, and local market practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for global wellbeing programs and initiatives.
• Lead a global wellbeing team and partner with PX, Talent, Finance and business leaders.
• Translate workforce insights into actionable recommendations to improve engagement and performance.
• Develop budgets, forecast costs, and manage vendor relationships to optimize investments.
