Deckers Brands is seeking a Director of Global Wellbeing to lead enterprise-wide wellbeing programs and strategy. The role oversees a global team and partners with People & Experience, Finance, and other leaders to implement sustainable wellbeing initiatives.

The position requires 10+ years in HR with a proven track record in global programs, budget oversight, and change management. The role offers hybrid work in Goleta, CA, with occasional remote options, and provides competitive compensation

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and 10+ years of HR or equivalent experience.
• Experience leading global, matrixed teams across time zones.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and enterprise-wide oversight for global wellbeing programs.
• Lead a global team of five and align wellbeing with business priorities.
• Use data, analytics, and trends to shape wellbeing strategy.
• Partner with PX, Talent, Finance to integrate wellbeing into the employee experience.
• Manage budgets, vendor relationships, and multi-year cost projections.
• Communicate initiatives and drive change management across functions.
