Deckers Brands is seeking a Director, Global Wellbeing to provide strategic leadership and enterprise-wide oversight for wellbeing programs worldwide. You will lead a global team of five and partner with PX, Talent, and Finance to align wellbeing with business priorities and employee experience.

The role emphasizes inclusive, data-driven design, cost management, and continuous improvement of benefits. A bachelor’s degree with 10+ years HR experience and senior leadership capability are required;

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; 10+ years HR or related experience.
• 5+ years leading people or programs in a global, matrixed org.
• Professional certs such as CEBS or SHRM-SCP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for global wellbeing programs.
• Lead a global team and collaborate across PX, Talent, Finance.
• Use data and analytics to inform wellbeing decisions.
• Partner with senior leaders to integrate wellbeing into culture.
