Job summary

Deckers Brands is seeking a Director, Global Wellbeing to lead the enterprise-wide wellbeing strategy and a global team. You will partner with People & Experience, Finance, and business leaders to align programs with culture and priorities, using data and analytics to drive decisions.

You will manage budgets, vendor relationships, and cross-functional initiatives, influencing senior leaders to elevate wellbeing across the organization.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of HR or equivalent experience, including 5+ years leading people or programs.
• Professional certification such as CEBS, SHRM-SCP, CCP, or comparable credential preferred.
• Knowledge of global wellbeing principles, local market practices and Deckers culture.
• Experience in a dynamic, global, matrixed organization across countries and time zones.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams, complex transformation initiatives and change management.
• Strong program governance, vendor management, and data-driven decision skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and enterprise-wide oversight for wellbeing programs.
• Lead a global team and partner with PX, Talent, Finance to align priorities.
• Use data analytics and feedback to inform decisions and shape wellbeing strategy.
• Develop budgets, forecasts and multi-year cost projections for wellbeing.
• Direct vendor relationships and optimize contracts for quality and cost.
• Lead communications and change management around benefits and wellbeing.
