Job summary

Deckers Brands is seeking a Director, Global Wellbeing to lead enterprise-wide wellbeing programs, shape a forward-looking strategy, and collaborate with the People & Experience team to elevate the employee experience across the globe.

You will guide a small global team, drive data-informed decisions, manage budgets and vendor relationships, and champion inclusive wellbeing initiatives that support business priorities across regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with 10+ years HR experience, including 5+ years leading teams.
• Professional certification such as CEBS, SHRM-SCP, CCP, or comparable credential is preferred.
• Knowledge of global wellbeing principles, practices, legislation, and local market practices.
• Experience in a dynamic, global matrixed organization with cross-country collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Develop and advance an inclusive, sustainable wellbeing strategy aligned with business priorities.
• Lead a global wellbeing team of five and mentor talent.
• Partner with PX, Talent, and leaders to embed wellbeing into the employee experience.
• Use analytics and AI-enabled tools to translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Manage global wellbeing budgets and multi-year cost projections with Finance.
