Deckers Brands seeks a Director, Global Wellbeing to provide enterprise-wide leadership for wellbeing programs. You will lead a global team, shape an inclusive, sustainable strategy, and align programs with business and talent priorities, partnering with People & Experience, Finance, and other functions.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and 10+ years of HR or equivalent experience, including 5+ years leading people or programs.
• Professional certification such as CEBS, SHRM-SCP, CCP, or a comparable credential is preferred.
• Knowledge of global wellbeing principles, best practices, legislation, and local market practices.
• Experience in a dynamic, global, matrixed organization with cross-country collaboration.
• Demonstrated ability to lead global, cross-functional teams and complex transformation initiatives.
• Strong enterprise-level program and vendor management experience.
• Strong financial, analytical, auditing, and data management skills.
• Strategic and objective thinker with executive-level leadership and stakeholder management.
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, and effective written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a global team; adept at time management.
• Experience with Workday is a plus.

• Develop and drive an inclusive, sustainable global wellbeing strategy aligned with business and talent priorities.
• Lead a global wellbeing team of five and partner with PX, Talent, and Finance.
• Turn workforce insights into clear, innovative recommendations to enhance employee experience and performance.
• Manage global budgets, forecasts, and multi-year cost projections.
• Direct and optimize vendor relationships, contracts, and service quality.
• Lead change management and global communications for benefits and wellbeing programs.
• Explore emerging wellbeing trends and AI-enabled tools to personalize experiences.
