Job summary

Deckers Brands is seeking a Director of Global Wellbeing to lead enterprise-wide wellbeing programs across the globe. The role oversees a team of five and partners with People & Experience, Talent, and Finance to translate insights into action.

The position reports to the Senior Director, Total Rewards and supports a hybrid work model (Goleta, CA in-office 3 days a week or remote). Strong analytics and vendor management are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; 10+ years HR experience.
• 5+ years leading people or programs.
• Knowledge of global wellbeing principles and local market practices.
• Experience in global, matrixed organizations and collaborating across cultures.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee a global wellbeing strategy aligned with business priorities.
• Lead a global wellbeing team and partner with PX, Talent, and Finance.
• Drive analytics and cost planning for wellbeing programs and investments.
• Manage vendor relationships and contracts for wellbeing initiatives.
• Communicate and implement wellbeing programs across the enterprise.
