Deckers Brands is seeking a Director of Global Wellbeing to provide strategic, enterprise-wide leadership for wellbeing programs worldwide. You will manage a global team and partner with People & Experience, Talent and Finance to align initiatives with business priorities.

The role blends strategic vision with hands-on program delivery, including budgeting, vendor management, and data-driven decision making across a hybrid/remote work model.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with 10+ years HR or related work.
• 5+ years leading people or programs in a global setting.
• Knowledge of global wellbeing principles and localization.
• Experience in a dynamic, matrixed organization across time zones.
• Strong executive-level communication and stakeholder management.

Responsabilidades

• Lead global wellbeing strategy and multi-year budgets.
• Partner with PX, Talent, and Finance to align programs with business priorities.
• Direct and develop a five-person global wellbeing team.
• Leverage analytics to inform decisions and optimize investments.
• Drive change management and internal communications for wellbeing initiatives.
