You will turn workforce insights into actionable recommendations, manage budgets, and drive innovative, inclusive experiences across regions. Remote and hybrid options are available for this leadership position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; 10+ years HR or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years leading people or programs.
• Knowledge of global wellbeing principles and local market practices.
• Experience in a dynamic global, matrixed organization.
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Develop, own, and drive the global wellbeing strategy aligned with Deckers culture and business priorities.
• Lead a global wellbeing team and collaborate across PX, Talent, Finance, and the business.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, and multi-year cost projections for wellbeing programs.
• Leverage analytics and AI-enabled tools to inform decisions and optimize investments.
• Serve as trusted advisor to senior leaders and lead cross-functional change management.
