Job summary

Deckers Brands in Goleta, CA seeks a Director, Global Wellbeing to lead a global team and shape a comprehensive wellbeing strategy across the enterprise. You will partner with People & Experience, Finance, and business leaders to translate insights into actionable programs that boost engagement and performance.

The role requires 10+ years in HR with at least 5 years leading teams, and a proven track record implementing inclusive wellbeing initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 10+ years HR or equivalent experience with 5+ years leading people or programs.
• CEBS/SHRM-SCP/CCP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a global wellbeing team of five and partner with PX, Talent, Finance and the business.
• Develop and advance an inclusive, sustainable wellbeing strategy aligned with culture and priorities.
• Use data, analytics, and feedback to inform decisions and shape wellbeing initiatives.
• Manage global budgets, forecasts, and multi-year cost projections.
• Lead communications and change management to improve benefits understanding and engagement.
