Job summary

Deckers Brands seeks a Director, Global Wellbeing to lead enterprise-wide wellbeing programs. You will guide a global team, shape inclusive strategies, and partner with People & Experience, Finance, and leaders to deliver impactful experiences that support performance.

You’ll leverage data, analytics, and trends to inform decisions and optimize investments while ensuring alignment with Deckers culture and business priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent experience with 10+ years HR or related work.
• 5+ years leading people or programs in a global, matrixed setting.
• Experience shaping enterprise-wide wellbeing or people programs is ideal.
• Knowledge of global wellbeing principles and local market practices.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the global wellbeing strategy aligned with business priorities.
• Partner with PX, Talent, Finance and leaders to integrate wellbeing across the employee experience.
• Manage a global wellbeing budget and multi-year cost projections.
• Provide analytics, insights, and recommendations to improve programs.
• Direct and optimize vendor relationships and contracts for efficiency and quality.
• Build and mentor a high-performing wellbeing team and succession pipelines.
