Job summary

Deckers Brands is seeking a Director, Global Wellbeing to provide strategic leadership for employee wellbeing worldwide. The role leads a global team and partners with People & Experience, Talent, and Finance to translate workforce insights into actionable programs.

The position offers hybrid work (Goleta, CA or remote) and requires extensive experience in global HR leadership, program design, and vendor management to improve engagement and performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 10+ years HR or equivalent experience, including 5+ years leading people or programs.
• Knowledge of global wellbeing principles and local market practices.
• Experience in a dynamic, global matrixed organization and跨-country collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own the global wellbeing strategy aligned with business priorities.
• Lead a global wellbeing team of five and partner with PX, Talent, and Finance.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, and multi-year cost projections.
• Benchmark analytics to optimize investments and measure program impact.
• Lead vendor relationships and ensure program compliance.
• Use analytics and AI tools to inform decisions and improve employee experience.
