Job summary

AECOM is seeking a senior leader to head the Global Heavy Civil Water Resources efforts, including civil works programs, levees, coastal protection, pumping stations, coastal system restoration and mega water resource programs. The role oversees roughly $200MM in bookings annually with a target growth of 10–20%.

The ideal candidate will have deep Water Resources client relationships, exceptional communication, and proven leadership across regions. A hybrid work arrangement is offered.

Qualifications

• Leadership in Water Resources leadership and senior program management.
• Experience managing P&L including revenue and project delivery.
• Experience growing a regional business and collaborating with other regions.

Responsibilities

• Develops and executes a strategic business development plan for heavy civil water resources.
• Maintains relationships with customers and coordinates with cross-functional teams to achieve objectives.
• Promotes company image and participates in industry events and partnerships.
