Job summary

AECOM Corporation is seeking a global leader to head the Global Heavy Civil Water Resources effort. The role oversees civil works programs, levees, coastal protection, pumping stations, and mega water resource programs with around $200MM annual bookings and aims for 10-20% growth.

The ideal candidate will have deep client relationships, excellent communication skills, and extensive Water Resources leadership experience.

Qualifications

• BA/BS + 12+ years of experience, including 4 years of leadership.
• Extensive Water Resources leadership experience or equivalent experience/education, including 6 years of leadership.
• Experience managing P&L including revenue generation, project margins, and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Develops the vision, objectives and plans for the heavy civil market's business development function.
• Coordinates with divisions to maintain a robust pipeline and unified objectives.
• Engages customers to establish relationships and identify opportunities; drives growth in water resources.
