Qualifications

• BA/BS plus 12 years of experience or equivalent, including 4 years in leadership.
• Extensive Water Resources leadership experience, including 6 years in leadership.
• Experience managing P&L, revenue, margins, and client satisfaction with teams across regions.

Responsibilities

• Develops the vision, objectives and plans for the heavy civil market business development function.
• Maintains a coordinated BD function across divisions, ensuring robust pipeline and opportunities.
• Builds relationships with customers and industry groups to position the company for recompete opportunities.
