Job summary

Skyhigh Security is seeking a Vice President, Global Sales Engineering to lead the global SE organization and align it with our GTM strategy. The role focuses on market intelligence, technical excellence and enablement for customers and channel partners.

You will drive field readiness, performance metrics and a culture of accountability, while collaborating with Engineering, Product, Marketing and Services to deliver customer value and growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of global Sales Engineering leadership experience.
• Led globally dispersed SE teams (30+ people).
• Experience in consultative solution selling of enterprise-grade platforms.
• Transformation experience in start-up or growth companies (MEDDPICC).
• Ability to work with partners (resellers, SI's, MSPs/CSPs).
• Multilingual communications preferred but not required.
• Global travel is required.

Responsibilities

• Transform GTM strategy, structure and direction for the global Sales Engineering organization.
• Establish KPIs, performance expectations and forecast guidance.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Customer Success, Product, Marketing and Professional Services for market insights.
• Act as Field CTO translating product vision into customer value propositions.
• Ensure SE enablement programs and a technical advisory posture with partners and customers.
• Implement tools, resources and data to manage productivity and KPIs (SFDC).
• Promote a unified 'one voice' GTM across clients and partners.
• Collaborate with regional leaders and partners to identify and close opportunities.
