Skyhigh Security is seeking a Vice President, Global Sales Engineering to lead a field-facing, globally distributed team in aligning GTM strategy with product and customer outcomes. You will partner with Engineering, Product, Marketing and Success to translate market intelligence into compelling value propositions and roadmap influence.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership of large, global Sales Engineering teams (30+ staff).
• Experience with enterprise software and security solutions.
• Track record in consultative solutions selling and partner enablement.

Responsibilities

• Lead the global Sales Engineering organization in alignment with GTM strategy.
• Establish KPI governance, performance expectations, and forecasting against metrics.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product, Marketing and Success to translate market needs into product outcomes.
• Act as Field CTO to translate product vision into customer value propositions and roadmaps.
• Ensure enablement, tools, and data-driven productivity across the team and partners.
