The VP, People Business Partners & Employee Relations will shape the global PBP and ER functions, partnering with the CPO and XLT to elevate leadership, workforce strategy, and organizational health at scale.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive People leadership experience in global tech
• Experience leading global PBP and ER functions
• Experience partnering with C-suite executives and Legal

Responsibilities

• Define strategy and operating model for global PBP and ER functions
• Build high-performing PBP and ER teams with clear standards
• Partner with XLT on workforce strategy and deployment of talent
• Lead executive assessments and succession planning
• Ensure fair, scalable Employee Relations practices globally
• Provide strategic advisory with Legal on employment practices
