Affirm, a remote-first company in the United States, seeks a VP, People Business Partners & Employee Relations to lead global PBP and ER. You’ll partner with the CPO, PLT and XLT, shaping enterprise-wide people strategy and operating models for growth and risk management.

You will build strong teams, influence executive decisions, and drive talent, organizational design, and leadership development across Affirm’s global footprint.

Qualifikationen

• 15+ years of progressive People leadership experience, including in global technology organizations at scale.
• Significant experience leading a global PBP organization and building high-performing teams.
• Experience leading Employee Relations, including sensitive investigations and executive matters in partnership with Legal.

Aufgaben

• Define strategy, structure, and operating model for global PBP and ER functions.
• Build and lead high-performing PBP and ER teams through talent decisions and development.
• Serve as strategic advisor to XLT on enterprise-wide leadership, talent, and org decisions.
• Partner with Legal on employment practices, policy, and risk management.
• Lead workforce strategy, deployment of talent, and adoption of technology and AI to increase effectiveness.
• Guide leaders through org change and align resources to top priorities.
