Affirm is seeking a visionary VP, People Business Partners & Employee Relations to lead our global PBP and ER functions. You will partner with the CPO, PLT, and XLT to shape an enterprise-wide people strategy that supports affirm’s mission and rapid growth.

You will design scalable operating models, build high-performing teams, and drive talent decisions that align with business needs, culture, and compliance, worldwide.

Qualifikationen

• 15+ years of progressive People leadership experience in global tech organizations.
• Experience leading a global PBP organization and Employee Relations.
• Experience partnering with C-suite executives and Legal.
• Deep expertise in organizational consulting and workforce planning.
• Strong business acumen and learning agility.

Aufgaben

• Define strategy, structure, and operating model for global PBP and ER functions.
• Build high-performing PBP and ER teams through talent decisions and coaching.
• Partner with XLT on workforce strategy and deployment of talent.
• Influence leaders with enterprise-wide organizational insights.
• Guide leaders through significant organizational change.
• Provide executive oversight on complex ER matters.
• Collaborate with Legal on employment practices and risk management.
• Raise leadership quality through succession planning and performance management.
