Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive experience in enterprise sales, business development, or strategic leadership.
• Proven track record of exceeding pipeline-generation and revenue-growth objectives.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise business development performance and build a high-performing team.
• Develop scalable go-to-market and prospecting strategies to expand relationships.
• Establish metrics, forecasting discipline, and operating rhythms to improve pipeline quality and outcomes.
• Recruit and develop BD talent and coach leaders through complex pursuits.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to translate market insights into measurable results.
