You will partner with Enterprise Sales, Marketing, Product, Strategy, Risk, Compliance, Operations, Finance and executives to turn market insights into measurable results, while mentoring leaders through complex pursuits.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in enterprise sales or business development.
• 5+ years leading business development or sales teams.
• Experience with multi-stakeholder, long sales cycles.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise BD performance and build a high-performing team.
• Develop scalable go-to-market strategies to grow pipeline.
• Establish metrics, forecasting, and operating rhythms.
• Recruit, coach, and retain BD talent and succession plans.
• Partner across functions to translate market insights into results.
