Global Payments Inc. is seeking a Director, Data Partnerships and Growth to lead the commercial team and build a scalable partner ecosystem for data and insights offerings, driving new routes to market and sustainable revenue growth.

You will coordinate across sales, product, legal, and operations to maximize partner success. The role emphasizes strategic partnerships, go-to-market execution, and building joint business plans with clear KPIs and revenue outcomes to fuel global commerce

Qualifications

• 5+ years in data, advertising tech, marketing tech, analytics or related commercial ecosystem.
• Experience building and managing strategic partnerships from strategy to execution.
• Strong contracting, negotiation and partnership-structure knowledge.
• Experience deciding build/buy/partner and translating into GTM strategy.
• Experience in sales strategy, commercialization and business development with scalable processes.

Responsabilités

• Build and execute the partner growth strategy across reseller, referral, alliance and technology partner channels to create new revenue opportunities.
• Recruit, onboard, enable and manage a portfolio of strategic partners that generates qualified pipeline and advances co-sell opportunities through close.
• Develop joint business plans, partner targets and performance metrics with accountability for pipeline, conversion and revenue outcomes.
• Design and manage scalable partner programs, incentives and engagement models that strengthen partner productivity and long-term value.
• Coordinate sales, product, legal, operations and other internal teams to support partner onboarding, deal registration, opportunity execution and ongoing partner success.
