Job summary

Global Payments is seeking a Vice President, Enterprise Business Development to lead our Enterprise BD team and shape the future of global commerce. You will develop scalable GTM strategies, manage senior stakeholders, and drive revenue growth across priority verticals.

The role requires 12+ years in enterprise sales/BD with 5+ years leading teams, and a proven ability to execute in a matrixed organization. Base salary is competitive, with commissions and extensive benefits.

Qualifications

12+ years in enterprise sales, BD, or commercial leadership.
5+ years leading high-performing BD or sales teams.
Proven track record of revenue growth through scalable go-to-market strategies.
Experience navigating complex enterprise deals with senior executives.

Responsibilities

Lead enterprise BD performance and build a high-performing team.
Develop scalable GTM and prospecting strategies.
Establish metrics, forecasting discipline, and operating rhythms to improve pipeline.
Recruit, develop, and retain BD talent and successors.
