Global Payments is seeking a Director, Data Partnerships and Growth to shape the future of global commerce. You will build and scale a high-impact partner ecosystem that expands our data offerings, creates new routes to market and drives sustainable revenue growth.

You will lead cross-functional teams across sales, product, legal and operations to onboard partners, register deals and accelerate co-sell opportunities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience in data or advertising technology ecosystems.
• Experience building and managing strategic partnerships from strategy to execution.
• Strong contracting, negotiation and partner-structure skills with alignment to business objectives.
• Experience in payments, fintech, commerce or other regulated enterprise environments.

Responsabilités

• Build and execute the partner growth strategy across reseller, referral, alliance and technology partner channels.
• Recruit, onboard, enable and manage a portfolio of strategic partners that generates qualified pipeline and advances co-sell opportunities.
• Develop joint business plans, partner targets and performance metrics with accountability for pipeline, conversion and revenue outcomes.
• Design and manage scalable partner programs, incentives and engagement models to reinforce partner productivity and long-term value.
• Coordinate sales, product, legal, operations and other internal teams to support partner onboarding, deal registration, opportunity execution and ongoing partner success.
