Job summary

Affirm, Inc. is seeking a Senior Partner Manager to lead performance and transformation across our global BPO vendor network. You will drive vendor excellence, governance, and customer experience at scale, and shape long-term vendor strategy.

You’ll partner with cross‑functional teams, translate data into actionable insights, and steer large programs with measurable business impact. The role requires senior leadership, strategic oversight, and strong analytical judgment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in vendor/BPO management, operations, or related fields.
• Strong analytical background and data-driven decision making.
• Proven ability to drive accountability via scorecards and governance.
• Experience leading large cross-functional programs with measurable impact.
• Exceptional communication with internal and vendor executives.

Responsibilities

• Own vendor performance across customer experience, SLAs, QA, and compliance.
• Lead executive-level vendor governance including QBRs and escalations.
• Define operational strategies for horizontal services across vendors.
• Partner with analysts to shape metrics and dashboards for the business.
• Use data to diagnose gaps, prioritize interventions, and model scenarios.
• Support partnerships as the entry point for unique vendor needs.
• Drive initiatives with cross-functional coordination across teams.
• Translate insights into actions to improve CX and compliance.
• Act as senior escalation point for systemic issues.
• Lead product/process rollouts, migrations, and regulatory implementations.
• Design change programs ensuring readiness and adoption.
• Champion continuous improvement across the vendor network.
