Affirm, Inc. is seeking a Senior Partner Manager to lead performance and transformation across our global BPO vendor network.

You will drive vendor excellence and customer satisfaction at scale, shaping long-term strategy while guiding cross-functional initiatives with a strong analytical mindset. The role requires extensive vendor/BPO management experience, strategic oversight, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable decisions for senior leadership.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of expertise in vendor/BPO management or related fields.
• Strong analytical background with ability to define questions, work with analysts, and run analyses.
• Proven ability to drive vendor accountability through scorecards, governance, and interventions.

Responsabilités

• Own vendor performance including CX, SLAs, compliance, and QA outcomes.
• Lead executive-level vendor governance and escalations.
• Define operational strategies across the vendor network.
• Collaborate with Business Analytics to shape metrics and dashboards.
• Use data to diagnose gaps, validate trends, and prioritize interventions.
• Drive cross-functional change programs across Operations, Compliance, Product, Risk, and QA.
