Job summary

Dow Inc. is seeking a Global Turnaround Scheduler SME based in the Gulf Coast region. This role provides global scheduling expertise, execution support, and governance across the Platinum work process, overseeing scheduling for turnarounds with significant spend.

You will collaborate with site teams, leadership, and functional stakeholders to ensure adherence to standards and drive predictable outcomes. The role focuses on improving turnaround readiness, reducing risk, and driving performance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 5 years of turnaround/scheduling experience, or 10 years in lieu of degree.
• Deep knowledge of Primavera and scheduling software.
• Previous experience as a master scheduler in a major turnaround preferred.
• Willing and able to travel up to 25% domestically and internationally.
• US work authorization; no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Own and govern Dow's global turnaround scheduling operating discipline.
• Provide scheduling leadership for major turnarounds ($30MM+).
• Assess readiness, compliance, and health across FEL and execution.
• Lead readiness reviews, challenge sessions, and gate reviews.
• Develop recommendations to address readiness deficiencies and reduce risk.
• Manage the global scheduler qualification curriculum and training.
