Job summary

Dow is seeking a Global Turnaround Scheduler SME in the Gulf Coast region to provide global scheduling expertise across the turnaround lifecycle. You will govern scheduling disciplines, lead readiness reviews, and drive improvements with a focus on safety, cost and reliability.

The role requires deep Primavera and scheduling software knowledge, experience as a master scheduler in major turnarounds, and willingness to travel up to 25% (domestic/international). U.S. work authorization is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree + 5 years in turnaround execution or 10 years without degree.
• Deep knowledge of Primavera, scheduling software, and turnaround work processes.
• Willing to travel up to 25% domestically and internationally.
• US work authorization is required; no visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Own and govern Dow's global turnaround scheduling operating discipline.
• Provide scheduling leadership for major turnarounds ($30MM+).
• Assess turnaround compliance, readiness, and health across FEL and execution.
• Lead readiness reviews, challenge sessions, and gate reviews.
• Develop recommendations to address readiness deficiencies and reduce risk.
• Own the global scheduler qualification curriculum and training.
• Lead global scheduler networks and promote best practices.
• Support execution by monitoring performance and applying risk management.
• Capture lessons learned and drive continuous improvement.
