Job summary

Dow Inc. is seeking a Global Turnaround Scheduler SME in the Gulf Coast region to provide global scheduling expertise and governance across Platinum standards in FEL and execution.

You will partner with site turnaround teams, leadership, and stakeholders to drive readiness, minimize risk, and improve predictability of Dow turnarounds. The role requires a bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of turnaround experience (or 10 years without a degree) and deep knowledge of Primavera and scheduling

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree + 5 years of relevant experience OR 10 years experience in turnaround execution and project controls.
• Deep knowledge of Primavera, scheduling software and turnaround work processes.
• Previous experience serving as a master scheduler in a major turnaround is preferred.
• Willing to travel domestically and internationally up to 25% annually.
• Must possess a TWIC card or be eligible to obtain a TWIC card.
• Able to work legally in the United States; no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Own and govern Dow's global turnaround scheduling operating discipline.
• Provide scheduling leadership to turnaround teams for major events.
• Assess readiness and health across FEL and execution phases.
• Lead readiness reviews, challenge sessions, and gate reviews.
• Develop recommendations to address readiness deficiencies and risks.
• Own the global scheduler qualification curriculum and training.
• Lead global scheduler networks and promote best practices.
• Monitor performance and support decision-making for safety, schedule, cost, quality, and reliability.
