Dow Inc. is seeking a Global Turnaround Scheduler SME for the Gulf Coast region.

The role provides global scheduling expertise, governance, and execution support across the Platinum work process to improve readiness and predictability of turnarounds. The position partners with OTEC, site turnaround teams, leadership, and stakeholders to ensure strict adherence to standards, FEL processes, and risk management throughout planning and execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 5 years in turnaround execution or 10 years experience without a degree.
• Deep knowledge of Primavera and scheduling software.
• Master scheduler experience in a major turnaround preferred.
• Willing to travel up to 25% domestically and internationally.
• US work authorization; TWIC eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Own and govern Dow's global turnaround scheduling operating discipline with alignment to enterprise standards and governance.
• Provide scheduling leadership for major turnarounds ($30MM+) to improve readiness and execution performance.
• Assess readiness, health, and compliance across FEL and execution phases; identify risks and gaps.
• Lead readiness reviews, gate reviews, and challenge sessions to ensure critical deliverables are met.
• Develop recommendations to address readiness deficiencies and reduce risk.
• Own the global scheduler qualification curriculum and mentor schedulers.
• Lead global scheduler networks and promote best practices across Dow.
• Monitor performance, support safe and reliable execution, and enable informed decisions.
• Capture lessons learned and drive standardization across turnaround processes.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and AI-enabled solutions to advance scheduling.
