Job summary

Dow Inc. is seeking a Global Turnaround Scheduler SME in the Gulf Coast region to serve as a technical resource for scheduling within the Platinum work process.

You will provide global scheduling expertise, governance, and execution support across major turnarounds while partnering with site teams and leadership. You will drive readiness, reduce risk, and improve predictability by coaching, aligning stakeholders, and leading reviews throughout FEL and execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 5+ years in turnaround scheduling or execution.
• Strong knowledge of Primavera and scheduling processes.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 25% annually.

Responsibilities

• Own and govern global turnaround scheduling discipline and governance.
• Lead scheduling readiness reviews and gate reviews to ensure milestones are met.
• Support major turnarounds (>$30MM) with readiness and execution performance.
• Develop and implement best practices, training, and network collaboration.
