Dow Inc. is seeking a Global Turnaround Scheduler SME for the Gulf Coast region.

You will serve as the technical resource for scheduling within the Platinum work process, providing global scheduling expertise, governance, and execution support across high‑spend turnarounds. The role partners with site teams, leadership, and functional stakeholders to improve readiness, reduce risk, and drive consistent, predictable turnaround outcomes through coaching, assurance activities, and performance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 5 years of turnaround experience, or 10 years without a degree.
• Deep knowledge of Primavera and scheduling software.
• Experience as master scheduler in a major turnaround preferred.
• Willing to travel up to 25% domestically and internationally.
• U.S. work authorization; no visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Own and govern Dow's global turnaround scheduling operating discipline.
• Provide scheduling leadership for major turnarounds to improve readiness.
• Assess readiness, health, and risks throughout FEL and execution.
• Lead readiness reviews, challenge sessions, and gate reviews.
• Develop recommendations to address deficiencies and reduce risk.
• Manage scheduler qualification curriculum and training.
• Lead global scheduler networks and promote best practices.
• Monitor performance and enable decisions supporting safety, cost, quality, reliability.
• Capture lessons learned and drive standardization across processes.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and AI-enabled solutions to advance scheduling.
