Dow Inc. is seeking a Global Turnaround Scheduler SME in the Gulf Coast region. This role provides global scheduling expertise, governance, and execution support across Dow's turnaround programs, collaborating with site teams and leadership to ensure adherence to standards and risk controls.

The candidate will drive readiness, improve predictability, and lead training and network activities for schedulers, advancing best practices across Dow turnarounds.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree; 5+ years in turnaround or 10 years' experience accepted in lieu.
• Deep knowledge of Primavera and scheduling software.
• Master scheduler experience in a major turnaround preferred.
• Willing to travel up to 25% domestically and internationally.
• US work authorization; TWIC eligibility required.

Responsibilities

• Own and govern Dow's global turnaround scheduling discipline and governance.
• Provide scheduling leadership for major turnarounds ($30MM+).
• Assess readiness, health, and compliance through FEL and execution phases.
• Lead readiness reviews, challenge sessions and gate reviews.
• Develop actions to address readiness gaps and reduce risk.
• Sponsor global scheduler development and training programs.
• Lead global scheduler networks and share best practices.
• Support execution by monitoring performance and enabling decisions.
• Capture lessons learned and drive standardization across processes.
• Assess emerging tech and AI-enabled solutions to raise capability.
