Dow Inc. is seeking a Global Turnaround Scheduler SME for the Gulf Coast region. The role serves as the technical resource for scheduling, providing expert guidance across FEL and execution with a focus on readiness, risk management, and governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 5 years of turnaround experience, or 10 years in lieu of degree.
• Deep knowledge of Primavera and scheduling processes.
• Willing to travel up to 25% domestically and internationally; TWIC eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Own and govern Dow's global turnaround scheduling operating discipline.
• Provide scheduling leadership for major turnarounds ($30MM+).
• Assess readiness and health throughout FEL and execution phases.
• Lead readiness reviews, challenge sessions, gate reviews.
• Develop recommendations to address deficiencies and improve outcomes.
• Own the global scheduler qualification curriculum and training.
• Lead global scheduler networks and promote best practices.
• Support execution by monitoring performance and risk management.
• Capture lessons learned and drive standardization across processes.
