Job summary

Dow is seeking a Global Turnaround Scheduler SME in the Gulf Coast region. This role provides global scheduling expertise, governance, and execution support across Dow’s turnaround programs with a focus on improving readiness, reducing risk, and driving predictable outcomes.

Responsibilities include leading major turnarounds, training, and coordinating with sites and stakeholders to uphold Platinum standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 5 years of relevant experience or 10 years of turnaround execution and project controls.
• Deep knowledge of Primavera and turnaround scheduling processes.
• Experience as a master scheduler in a major turnaround is preferred.
• Willing to travel up to 25% domestically and internationally.
• U.S. work authorization required; TWIC eligibility is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own and govern Dow's global turnaround scheduling discipline and governance.
• Provide scheduling leadership for major turnarounds ($30MM+).
• Assess readiness, identify risks, and drive improvement actions.
• Lead readiness reviews, gate reviews, and challenge sessions.
• Develop and implement scheduler training and networking across sites.
• Monitor performance, apply risk management, and support safe execution.
• Capture lessons learned and promote standardization and continuous improvement.
