Dow Inc. is seeking a Global Turnaround Scheduler SME for the Gulf Coast region. This role provides global scheduling expertise, governance, and execution support across Platinum standards during Front-End Loading and execution.

The ideal candidate will lead major turnarounds, mentor schedulers, and drive performance improvements while collaborating with site teams, leadership, and functional partners. A bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of experience is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 5 years of relevant experience or 10 years in lieu of degree.
• Deep knowledge of Primavera and scheduling tools.
• Previous master scheduler experience preferred.
• Willing to travel up to 25% domestically and internationally.
• U.S. work authorization required; TWIC eligibility preferred.

Responsabilités

• Own and govern Dow's global turnaround scheduling operating discipline.
• Provide scheduling leadership to major turnaround events (>$30MM).
• Assess readiness, health, and risk throughout FEL and execution.
• Lead readiness reviews, gate reviews, and challenge sessions.
• Develop recommendations to address readiness gaps and risk.
• Maintain global scheduler qualification curriculum and training.
• Lead global scheduler networks and promote best practices.
• Monitor performance and support decision-making for safety, cost, schedule, quality.
