Job summary

Dow Inc. is seeking a Global Turnaround Scheduler SME for the Gulf Coast Region. This role provides global scheduling expertise, governance, and execution support across Dow's major turnarounds.

You will collaborate with site teams and leadership to ensure adherence to standards and improve readiness and predictability. The position requires 5+ years in turnaround execution or 10 years in lieu of a degree, and deep Primavera scheduling knowledge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years in turnaround execution or 10 years of experience in lieu of a degree.
• Deep knowledge of Primavera scheduling and turnaround work processes.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 25%.
• U.S. work authorization; no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Own and govern Dow's global turnaround scheduling operating discipline and governance.
• Provide scheduling leadership for major turnarounds ($30MM+).
• Assess readiness, health, and risks across FEL and execution.
• Lead readiness reviews, challenge sessions, and gate reviews.
• Develop recommendations to address deficiencies and improve outcomes.
• Manage global scheduler qualification curriculum and training.
• Lead global scheduler networks and promote best practices.
• Support execution by monitoring performance and enabling decisions.
• Capture lessons learned and drive standardization across processes.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and AI-enabled solutions for scheduling.
