Job summary

Dow Inc. seeks a Global Turnaround Scheduler SME in the Gulf Coast region to provide global scheduling expertise across FEL and execution. You will partner with site teams, leadership, and functional stakeholders to ensure discipline, governance, and performance in high-value turnarounds.

You will coach schedulers, lead readiness reviews, and drive standardization, risk management, and continuous improvement across Dow turnarounds. Domestic and international travel up to 25% is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 5 years of relevant experience or 10 years in turnaround execution and controls.
• Deep knowledge of Primavera and scheduling tools.
• Experience as master scheduler in major turnarounds preferred.
• Willing to travel up to 25% domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Own and govern global turnaround scheduling discipline and governance.
• Provide scheduling leadership for major turnarounds ($30MM+) to improve readiness.
• Assess readiness, health, and risks across FEL and execution.
• Lead readiness reviews, gate reviews and challenge sessions.
• Develop recommendations to address readiness deficiencies and risk.
• Own qualification curriculum for schedulers and provide training.
• Lead global scheduler networks and promote best practices.
• Support execution by monitoring performance and enabling decisions.
