This role provides global scheduling expertise, governance, and execution support across Dow's turnaround programs, partnering with site teams and functional leaders to ensure adherence to standards and maximize readiness and predictability. The role focuses on improving turnaround readiness, reducing risk, and driving best practices through coaching, performance oversight, and knowledge sharing across Dow's

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 5 years of experience in turnaround execution and project controls, or 10 years with no degree.
• Deep knowledge of Primavera and scheduling software and turnaround work processes.
• Experience as master scheduler in a major turnaround is preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% domestically and internationally.
• U.S. work authorization required; no visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Own and govern Dow's global turnaround scheduling operating discipline and alignment with standards.
• Provide scheduling leadership and support to turnaround teams for major events ($30MM+).
• Assess turnaround readiness, health, and risk across FEL and execution phases.
• Lead readiness reviews, challenge sessions, and gate reviews to ensure milestones are met.
• Develop recommendations to address readiness deficiencies and improve outcomes.
• Own the global scheduler qualification curriculum and provide coaching and development.
