Qualifikationen

• Deep knowledge of Primavera and scheduling software.
• Experience as a master scheduler in major turnarounds is preferred.

• Own and govern Dow's global turnaround scheduling operating discipline.
• Provide scheduling leadership to turnaround teams for major events.
• Assess readiness, health, and risk across FEL and execution phases.
• Lead readiness reviews and gate reviews to ensure milestones are met.
• Drive actions to address deficiencies and improve outcomes.
• Support training and development of scheduler personnel.
